so gewd. Got some fab bargains in Morocco, a HUGE jewellery haul. Bought a necklace and two pairs of earrings from a CUTE CUTE Chleuh seller in the Atlas Mountains (he was married waaaah - uhh yeah I need to stop looking at guys) for around 30 Dirhams. Got chased downhill by a shopkeeper that sold stunning bags and necklaces, that unfortunately I couldn't buy as there are zero banks in the mountains.

I love the mountains. They're so peaceful and the way of life is so basic yet healthier for the mind somehow. The climate is harsh though.

Back in Marrakesh had a funny moment with my boy + I wanted him so bad cause I was going stir crazy and the heat was making me red blooded but we got cockblocked big time, which blew. Whenever my body is ready something like this happens and vice versa.

The sun has made me blick and patchy but there are loads of whitening products in the AMAZING local supermarket, Acima (which is mostly for expats), not sure if they work. I also visited an hammam in which two butch nude women scrubbed me raw and doused me in water until I choked. It hurt like fuuu.. Oh and there's a local salon that does a full body wax for around 200 Dirhams.

I wouldn't say Morocco sucks during Ramadan, but the vibe is different as everything is usually crazy and extreme - food, music, pervs etc. but obviously during this period all that stops. Well minus the pervs. If you think the harassment stops you'd be wrong, it's just reduced.

Well I started off in Tangiers, where I arrived at around 6AM and the vibe there was melancholic as hell. It smells like glue, broken dreams and corruption. Then stayed in Assilah for a few days, which is quite a weird little town. It's nice and quiet if you need a break from the insanity but it's littered with trash which is disgusting and you feel dirty 24/7. The town comes to life at night with a fair that has a carousel and male dancers singing and dancing to Riffian music. The fields smell like weed. The apartment I stayed in was ran by an old man and a younger deaf woman that stayed indoors all day.

I was SO EXCITE to get the train to Marrakesh and the night train was amazing, it rocked like a boat so it was easy to sleep on. And so I arrived in Marrakesh.

Just got back from Paris and of course I miss it already. This time I noticed the huge contrast between the rich and the poor - in a way it's worse than London but the vibe is way better. It's like some weird hybrid of London and North Africa.
